Rates

Our rates are per apartment per night.
And they are inclusive of taxes and service, excluding only the city tax of € 5.00 per person per night.
In order to confirm the reservation, a credit card number as guarantee or a deposit of the first night is required, unless otherwise agreed.

Children welcome: 0-3 years free, for extra bed € 30.00 per night, where possible.
Cots and extra beds are subject to availability, it is better to request them before arrival.
Pets allowed on request. It may require a supplement.
It is not allowed to organize parties / events.

Arrival / Departure

Arrival
It is necessary for a good reception to know the arrival time 48 hours in advance.
Check-in is normally scheduled after 14:00 by 21:00 (after this time a supplement may be required and must always be confirmed by Dea Suite Rome)
Upon arrival, guests must show a photo ID
You will need to communicate your arrival time to the property in advance.

Departure
Check out by 12:00
Dea Suite Roma accepts credit cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Terms

All cancellations must be made by email info@deasuiteroma.com.

Flexible Rate - 2 days
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
In case of no-show, an amount equal to the cost of the 1st night will be charged as a penalty. Which will be charged directly using the credit card details provided by the customer during the booking.

Non Refundable Rate
The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels at any time after the booking.
