Rates

Our rates are always intended per apartment per night.
And they are inclusive of taxes and service, excluding the city tax € 1.50 per person per night.
It is necessary for a good reception to know the arrival time 48 hours in advance.
Check-in is normally scheduled after 14:00 check out before 12:00.
Children welcome: 0-3 years free, for extra bed € 30.00 per night, where possible.

Booking Condition

For reservations we require an e-mail, in order to confirm the reservation you need a credit card number as guarantee or a deposit of the first night.

Supplements for final cleaning are not included in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay.

Cots and extra beds are subject to availability, it is better to request them before arrival.
Dea Suite Spoleto accepts credit cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to your arrival.

Party
It is not permited to organize parties / events.

Pets
Pets allowed on request. May incur an additional charge.

Arrival / Departure

Arrival
From 14:00 to 21:00
Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID
You will need to communicate your arrival time to the property in advance.

Departure
By 12:00

Cancellation Terms

All cancellations must be made by email info@deasuiteroma.com.

Flexible Rate - 2 days
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
In case of no-show the cost of the 1st night will be charged. Which will be charged directly using the credit card details provided by the customer during the booking.

Non Refundable Rate
The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels at any time after the booking.
